About the Event

Every year, thousands of people come to our iconic capital city to join our community of incredible triathletes taking on the challenge of the #LondonTri.

The event takes place at the ExCel Centre, Royal Victoria Dock and has a unique urban route, giving participants the chance to swim, bike and run past London’s world-famous landmarks. In 2019, an incredible one in three London Tri entrants were first timers.

There are 4 adult distances available: Super Sprint, Sprint, Olympic and Olympic Plus. Please see the table for a breakdown of each distance.

You can enter as an individual or as part of a Team Relay in the Sprint and Olympic distance categories. For more information on this please visit the entries page of the website.

Happy Days Charity Place

Registration fee: £30
Minimum sponsorship target: £300

Ballot Place

If you have been successful in getting a ballot place in the event via the race organisers we'd love for you to raise sponsorship to help us create special days for amazing children!

There is no registration fee or minimum sponsorship target, just raise as much as you can.
